2019 Frediani Grenache - Calistoga, Napa Valley

A lesser-known varietal throughout Napa Valley, Grenache is the perfect easy-drinking red. With a lighter-bodied mouthfeel, fruit-forward style, and an acidic finish, it also makes for the ideal food-pairing wine (think grilled pork sausages and summer vegetables or turkey and cranberry sauce come Thanksgiving!). This particular vintage is highlighted by flavors of strawberry jam, juicy pomegranate, and ripe cherries. Approachable and fresh, this wine is meant to be enjoyed casually with friends and family.
